CEO, physical therapist, & performance coach at Empower Physical Therapy and Wellness Center PLLC, based in Denver, CO.   As a sports physical therapist with a deep passion for adventure and movement, I specialize in helping athletes and outdoor enthusiasts stay strong, recover from injuries, and reach their peak performance!  Other specialities include: TMJ/TMD (jaw pain), systemic hyper mobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, vertigo and dizziness, strength training, sports injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation.

It is my goal to empower others and act as a guide to help those interested in leading healthier, happier, and stronger lives! As a Doctor of physical therapy, It has always been my intention to be able to utilize my extensive background in exercise & wide-range knowledge base in anatomy and physiology in order to train ANYONE interested in learning how to build muscle, power, strength, and endurance in a pain-free and safe environment! My goal is to be able to bring knowledge to my patients and clients in order to obtain optimum training results and body physique! ​
